A dealer network is presently being implimented across Canada to support our customers where ever their location may be, shortening any travel time that may be required to get on site if the situation demands this type of attention.

Spare parts and supplies are available directly from China via overnight courier, however a good inventory of these are kept in Toronto and they can be rush shipped to our customer the same day if required.

A comprehensive service log is maintained on every piece of equipment sold by Hans Gronhi into the Candian market place. Developing a history enables us to monitor the equipment condition and requirements more closely with regards to regular maintainence and the typical replacement of consumable items.
